We have a great opportunity for you to use your bilingual FRENCH (Canadian) and ENGLISH skills to support our clients! Grow your existing technical skill set while helping callers with their computer issues! This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and benefits!

Some of the responsibilities of this position are:
• First level support to all IT users within client environment
• Production servers and applications monitoring
• Network Monitoring
• Manual checks
• Provide required support in accordance with priority, impact and SLAs.
• Issue escalation to higher levels according to processes
• Interface between end-users and support groups for scheduled maintenance

Requirements
• Excellent oral and written English AND FRENCH (Canadian) skills
• Must possess concrete customer service skills
• Good understanding and knowledge of :
• Windows XP and other OS (AS400, UNIX, Linux)
• Active Directory
• MS Office Suite with expertise in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Exchange
• Networking
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
• Ability to work efficiently under stress
• Must be flexible and willing to adapt quickly due to priority changes
• 24x7 helpdesk - scheduling flexibility is required
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to understand the relationship between technology and improved business operations
• Must be highly motivated, with a positive "Can-do" attitude
• Must have a hands-on attitude to all aspects of the day to day operation
• Good understanding and knowledge of :

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in a helpdesk environment is an asset
